Don't be fooled by my avatar, I'm a 60 paladin from tichondrius, just not able to use the char to login forums.
Seal of command IS now intel based for crits, and crit damage has been halved corresponding from the melee->spell damage transition..
The end is near for me.. a paladin with an Arcanite Reaper.. having normal crits do more damage than seal of command crits on the test server.
