Well, since they're disappeared from the "On the Horizon" section, I believe this is a legitmate question. One that I believe needs answering.

The On the Horizon section was entirely removed for a time (before we announced the expansion; it has since been re-added to include the expansion, as that is more definitive than the items that were previously there). This was when the "What about Hero Classes?" question started cropping up with regularity.
The answer is that they're still in the works, but also still in very conceptual stages. Because of that, we've decided to remove them from any notations of "future" plans until they're more solid. We haven't forgotten about them, and they're still planned.
