Subject: Character Transferr not working - getting old |

Ive been stuck on the Finish Transaction page for 3 days. It just refresh's everytime i try to finish. And i even logged on at all different times of the day to try to get it to work. Is there constantly 24/7 too many ppl trying to transferr that you get stuck on the last page of the transferr and not able to play your character for many days?
Will this problem be fixed anytime soon?

Hello Crinch,
I have inquired into this situation on your behalf. It seems that your Paid Character Transfer is indeed ready for completion but however is generating an error when payment using your credit card is attempted. The result of the failed payment is not particularly informative but rather just loops you back. What I would recommend is that you try using a different credit card. Be sure to double check the details when entering it in. Good luck Crinch.
