If there is evidence of a compromise, the account may be locked and you will be sent an e-mail with information on how to retrieve the account and an Account Retrieval Form. As soon as we receive your completed Account Retrieval Form and verify that the information is correct, the account will be unlocked. The process is largely based on how long it takes the player to send in the completed Retrieval Form. Best of luck to you, Myke.[ post edited by Caerrus ]

First, make a photocopy of the ID and ensure that it's clear and legible. Once you've done so, write the Account Name and Attention: WoW Account Administration on the photocopy, and then fax that with the completed page 2 of the Account Retrieval Form to the number that is provided on page 1 of the Form (or mail them together to the address provided.
