 |  |  | my account was hacked, and i tried to get a new password, but the email i used when i registred my account is deleted, and i forgot to change it to my new one, so what do i do? please help.  EDIT:  Once you have recovered your password, please log onto your characters and check to see if anything appears to be missing.  If so, please submit an in-game petition as soon as possible so that the information can be forwarded to our GM Investigation Team; who will attempt to verify your loss, determine the cause of the compromise, and restore the missing items/characters (if at all possible).  The entire process may take several weeks to complete, so we would ask that you remain patient during that time.
