Subject: Name Changes And Terms and services.
   According to Official Pokemon Website, Pokemon and all Pokemon characters are trademarked and copyrighted by Nintendo. And I know it doesn't apply to the Terms and Services of Blizzard But It still applys to Nintendos Therefore You Can't have Nintendos copyrighted names in Blizzards game or for that matter anyones

And if you're trying to get your own name changed on trademark grounds, the trademark holder (Nintendo, not you) needs to contact Blizzard through the appropriate legal channels requesting that their trademark be enforced in names in WoW.
