Subject: Item restoration question.
So I'm to get my things restored however I have come across a problem.

*** Please do not respond to this email as all conversations on this matter would be best handled online. ***

This is at the end of my email that explains I need to reply to them. However When I make a ticket they delete it and send me an email telling me to email the GM Klorinth.

I'm very confused as to what I need to do and feel I have hit a road block at this point. Any help would be appreciated greatly on this matter.

I have also tried replying to the email but I receive no response. It's been almost a week and a half now. I get no response from replying to the email or making a new one to Klorinth.

Q u o t e:
Woot, ticket escalated! This might just be the night Eili comes back. :) Thanks for the help man.
I got ahold of a GM that didnt deletet my ticket on me :D

If I could briefly clarify this situation...

It appears that the following message was left in the email from specialist Klorinth in error:

*** Please do not respond to this email as all conversations on this matter would be best handled online. ***

It looks as though he still left his reply address in that email, to which you've already replied. This is the best way to get a hold of this specialist in order to complete your restoration process. Since you've already opened a new petition and had it escalated, perhaps it would be a good idea just to leave it open for safe measure.

I apologize for not responding to this before you submitted the additional petition. This will not negatively affect things, however, and I wish you luck in completing your restoration. ; )
One great big festering neon distraction...
