I recently started playing some characters that I hadn't played in months. Everything with the characters is fine except for the mailbox.
There is absolutely no mail in the mailbox of any of my characters and I've checked each and every one of them on both accounts on the server (Cenarian Circle) I started playing on again. One character I used as a bank so there should have been a lot of stuff in her mailbox but that's not the case. I even tried sending test emails to the other characters which they recieved just fine, but no other items are showing in the mail.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Unfortunately mail will only stay in a character's mailbox 30 days before being returned or deleted. After a few months one would not expect to have any mail left in the inboxes of the characters on an account. I am sorry about this and hope that you did not lose anything too important.
