As we move closer to transitioning to the new forums we would like to remind everyone that the move will entail a loss of all posts currently on these forums. We recommend backing up any important threads or stickies that should be carried over to the new forums. Also, as we are starting with a clean slate, we are going to start taking a more conservative approach to which threads we will allow to be stickied in the various forums.
We appreciate your help in ensuring the transition is a smooth one.

If there are any threads that any of you have personally created specifically on the Customer Service forum and would like to see them carried over, I would suggest saving the text/BML code locally and reposting when the new forums go live.
We will make all of the pertinent stickies of this forum available on the new forums.
