Okay I'm going to get straight down to it. I haven't been able to log onto WoW for 4 days. Every time I try to go on, I get the "Unkown" and Armorless people, then disconnect. Everything is updated, I've deleted the WTF, Interface, and the WBD files many a times.
Please help.. as I can't go much longer waiting. >:(

Are you able to log into any other characters or realms on your account?

In-game. You say you get disconnected shortly after logging into the game. Does this happen on every character on your account; or, is it isolated to one character/realm of characters?

These characters may need to be moved manually by a Game Master to a different location in Azeroth to correct the issue. Try submitting an in-game petition to us from another character on your account and note all of the characters which seem to be getting stuck and disconnected on Hellscream.
