Subject: I need your help Caerrus
   Hi Caerrus,

I've been going through hell trying to recover from the damage done to my account when an unauthorized party accessed and essentially destroyed it.

I have been trying to contact someone human at blizzard regarding the situation but I either do not get any replies to my emails or I get a form email that doesn't address anything I wrote about. This includes Account Management.

I'm still piecing things together and one theory is my son may have been responsible for for the breach of my account. He's since been banned from any and all World of Warcraft accounts owned by me and the game itself for his poor judgement or action. I'm still in the process of recovering my own characters and belongings from whoever accessed my account. I know this is at the complete discretion of Blizzard which is why I am trying to contact something human about this.

I really need your help as this is very upsetting and wearing me down. I need your guidance.

Thank you so much.

I am truly sorry for the frustration that this has caused, Sylvera, but I am unable to provide you with further assistance in this matter. If your desire is to dispute the results of the investigation, your best bet would be to contact our Account Administration Department. This can be accomplished by completing the following website e-mail form:
http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowaa/?id=eSupport000

All disputes must be handled through that department. If they have already told you that, due to the results of the investigation, they will be unable to provide you with a restoration of the items you have requested, our Game Master staff will not be able to provide you with further assistance in this matter. We make every attempt to verify and restore reported losses, but there are certain situations where restoration is not possible; therefore, it is never guaranteed.

Again, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused. Should you wish to contact us regarding your experience with the Game Master Department, please send an e-mail to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. Thank you, Sylvera.
But hark, methinks a mortal doth approach...
