Well, I've been waiting for about two months now for the investigation of my account to finish. I don't really have a problem with it taking so long since I had my gear restored and all I'm waiting on is my gold and professions.
However, I have a few questions. First off, while I'm waiting on my professions to be restored is it fine for me to learn a new profession (say enchanting and herbalism) and then have those replaced again when the investigation is complete? Secondly, the gm that restored my gear seemed to think that the investigation would take (I believe he said this, could be wrong) 4-6 weeks. Its been that now, so I was just making sure that stuff was still rolling. :)
Mostly this post is to get the first question answered though.

It does appear that this investigation has recently concluded. Unfortunately, we will be unable to restore the abandoned professions to your character, Cryo. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience of this situation.

I am inquiring into this situation a bit further to determine if the missing gold is something we will be able to verify and restore at this point. I'll get back to you as soon as possible, Cryo. Thank you for your patience and understanding thus far. = )
