Blizzard, since you seem so dead-set on forcing us to remain on the ground in WotLK so we can't "skip content," will you at least give us faster land mounts for the expansion? How about 130% or 150% land mounts.
Its such a pain in the ass already to have to use our slow 100% mounts in the old world when we can go at 280% in Outland. We ought to be able to go faster on the ground too.

We don't have any plans to increase the speed of land mounts at this point in time. There will be plenty of ways of getting around in Northrend and plenty to do along the journeys you take.

Beta is being conducted, people are getting invitations, invitations are random, and will be ongoing as we progress through the beta. I can't give you much more than that though. We're just getting started on this so please be patient if you haven't been selected for beta as of yet.
