Entangling Roots is broken
It's not good cast the spell and get nothing
I just wanted you all know.
So why this happen? Anyone have a good reason?
I dont want to think they were touching our spells.

We will be issuing rolling restarts for all realms at 5:00 AM PST, February 15 to apply a hotfix that will address the issue with the ability Entangling Roots occasionally not working properly.
