Any idea where you pick these quests up, or how to trigger them? I found the Ice Stones in Firewatch Ridge in the Searing Gorge, but I can't use them to summon anything

As it turns out, there's a minor issue with this that's preventing people under 65 from getting the quest.
I cruised into the office and have begun the hotfixing process.
I'm on top of it. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.

If I might make a suggestion - a friend of mine was doing the quest chain from Darnassus to the Blackfathom area. He listened to the conversation, then resummoned the wolf via the totem, but it says he is too low level to get the quest. Level mistake, perhaps? He'd like to finish the chain.

All right. If you are having issues accepting the Inform the Elder quest at this time, please let me know what level your character is and on what realm you're attempting this. If you tried it on Saturday and were unable to do so, please try again.
Please make sure that this is about seeing and accepting the quest "Inform the Elder" on the Earthen Ring Guide, rather than lacking the Totemic Beacon. Also, the Inform the Elder quest isn't a daily; if you've completed it once, you won't be able to complete it again until next year.
