Subject: Raid: Promote and New Leader not working?
  
They randomly promote or make other people the leader?

Are there slash commands to make someone the leader or promote them?

Yep, it's all the same bug. It's a problem with name lookup when the named unit is in the raid or party.

This change actually does require a patch, and it's on deck to get out to you as soon as it can.
