With spell talants trainable, at 60 on the patch, I assume this is the case live as well. Since these are now trainable, will the books be removed from the loot tables of AQ20, and other areas, like SS book in BWL.
Or will they remain as a cheap way to get spells.
i.e. 4G to train it at trainer, or get the book drop for free

There is no real need to remove them. They'll still be availble in the future.

When you have to create and distribute thousands of new items to various loot tables for upcoming new content it becomes difficult, yeah.

Again, I see your point, but you are looking at this as a single change and action, as if the item designers are just sitting around twiddling their thumbs. They're working 10-12 hours a day and have been for the past couple of months. Your 'request' simply carries no priority in the face of that.
If we were going to do something like that, we'd probably do it after we finished the large project we are currently working on. Perhaps you've heard of it. It's called the Burning Crusade and it includes hundreds of items that you can't get anywhere else. :P

It means some people can get a skill before they can get it from a trainer. There is nothing wrong with that in this case.
