Subject: Stamina changes retroactive?

Just something I thought of that I hadn't seen answered yet. We know that stamina is being increased across the board on all new items, and according to Tseric (I think?) it's due to a change in the stat value of stamina in the item budget formula. If this is the case, does it mean that all currently existing items will have their stamina values increased as well?

Stamina will scale differently as players level from 60 to 70. We have no plans to make any retroactive changes to anything currently in-game.
