Did you know that GM's are not employees. Did you know some dont even play the game. Did you know they are not required to have any game knowledge at all to be hired. Yeah, they are outsourced from India. I think most people believed that they are blizz employees. So next time you open a GM ticket. End the ticket with "So how's the Weather in India"
