Subject: *UP* to 6 seconds

I havent seen anyone point out that Cyclone says "*up* to six seconds". Which makes me wonder... its it a random timer? its not like we get the spell at lvl 60 and then there are 3 ranks of it (2 second, 4 sec, 6 sec).

Up to six seconds makes me nervous. is it going to be another unreliable entangling roots?

It's currently in the banish category for diminishing returns (so, effectively its own).
