Subject: Sethekk Halls - Lower City rep?

I could have sworn I saw somewhere on here yesterday that Sethekk Halls was going to be giving Lower City Rep until Exalted now. I couldn't remember if this was implemented for 2.2 or if it is in the works for 2.3. I do know that I went to Sethekk Halls last night and got no rep, so I'm thinking it must be a prospective 2.3 change. Can anyone confirm or deny?

I feel the need, the need for speed.
