Some players have been wondering how much of the Arena system is currently actually implemented on the PTRs, so here goes:
Level 60-70 players can participate in the “Skirmish” form of the Arena, which allows them to play the Arena, but will not allow them to gain any Arena points.
Level 70 players can participate in the “competitive” form of the Arena, where the players will be able to gain Arena points and become ranked based on their performance.
