The demand on our character copy system is extremely high right now and due to this players may run into errors while attempting to use the character copy system. We are currently working to resolve the issues causing these errors; however currently we can only recommend that you attempt to copy your characters at a later time as we do not have an estimate available as to when we be able to resolve these issues.
We appreciate everyone's excitement to help play and test the upcoming patch and we apologize if you have yet been unable to participate.
