Get this my account got hacked other day got back my account it was completely cleaned out. all 10 of my character and all but naked all my end game gear is gone and items and banks empty. Also lost 10k gold.
Got nice mail saying talk to gm to get syuff i lost back and guess what the gms say "you have lost nothing all we can give you is 600g" lol he must think i raid ssc and the eye naked
this is a complete joke have been in wow eu since beta and this is the treatment i recive

I very much doubt the quote in the first post is correct, but rather a very biased interpretation.
