The Mask of Veiled Death was just fixed. After installing the patch 2.1, you won't see your beard going through anymore. I am following up to get some other helmets such as the Ancient Terokkar Hood for example to be fixed too.
If you have other examples of helmets that have this issue, please let me know.

The Graphic issue on the Gladiator's Felweave Raiment is fixed. After installing the patch 2.1, you shouldn't see that trouble anymore. We are still working on the gloves.

The Fel Iron Chain Coif looks fine on version 2.1 on a Draenei with a big beard. Do you have other item names that generating this issue for you?

There is definitely a lack of sleeves on the Primal Mooncloth Robe, we're on it ;)
The Darkguard Face Mask trouble is fixed. It looks fine now on version 2.1.
Gladiators Ringmail helm does show hairs at the back of the head.
The Stalker's Helmet of Second Sight looks fine to me, what's wrong with it ?

One of my serious graphical bug grievances with hoods...is well, all of them. It seems every 'hat' slot item I wear, my ears poke out of them, through the hood or hat itself. (I'm sure all Blood Elves experience the same :) )

This is an intended behaviour. Elves hears should never be hidden. If you wear a hat that covers your hears, it's a bug.

PS. There are an absolute TON of these Arcanist reskins, most of which are epic items. Maybe consider changing some of them to tier 3 reskins or something? There are at least 8 in Karazhan alone and then the whole selection of craftable ones. Almost every caster I see has at least one Arcanist clone item...many even the same colour. A black or darkly toned mage tier 3 reskin with a shadowy emitter would look amazing for Frozen Shadoweave/Battlecast.
You are right actually, the ponytail is visible when you have the hood equipped.
We did fix the bug causing the hair to be hidden, now it looks fine. The ponytail has to be visible, this is an intended behaviour.

This problem is now Fixed in our latest test version. The jaw or a jawless undead should not appear through the masks after patch 2.1. If you see exceptions with a few masks, please let us know about it.

Elves ears should never be hidden. If you see a head piece armour hiding the ears, it's a bug.
