Subject: connection problem

hey guys....i have a really BIG problem with wow till the last patch is enabled.I enter world , but all NPC's are "unknown":|.i cant do anything....its like im having 9999999 lag...or something like that....and my provider works well....:)....pls help me :O....thanks
