The Netherwing faction and quest line continues and the long awaited Nether Drake becomes available. The Nether Drake is a special 280% speed epic flying mount that is obtainable through solo and small-group play. The quest to obtain one will be difficult, but the reward will surely show your dedication to the Netherwing cause as you soar through the skies of Outland on your very own ethereal drake.
At the completion of this quest, will we receive the epic mount riding skill along with the nether drake?
for example at the completion of my Dreadsteed quest i received riding skill of 150 and the ability to summon my dreadsteed?
Or will we still have to fork out 5000gold for the riding training?
I gave up my seat on the train the other day for a lady I thought was pregnant.
Turns out she was just fat and hit me over the head.

I believe the riding skill is required to even begin the quest, but that may have changed. In any case the riding skill is required, it isn't provided.
