I bought one of those Dell XPS laptops that were supposed to get me into a special WoW "beta club." However, even though I spent far more on this deal than anyone who purchased a Blizzcon ticket, I am *still* watching other people get for free what I paid a lot of money for.

I can understand the ticket issue needed a response, but what about my disappointment and frustration for sitting here watching freebies go out? Why is it that the only response my situation has received so far is one of the 'keep waiting' variety?
Blizzard and Dell already have considerably more of my money than anyone buying even several of those tickets, and HAVE had it for months. Why isn't this fixed yet? What are you ('you' as in Blizzard, not necessarily you personally) going to do to fix this? What are you going to do to to make things right with me when I paid good money and *still* don't have all the goods I paid for?
Every day that I haven't had the beta key I paid for is a depreciation of the value of what I purchased. I've been waiting for *months* and I'm sick of it, I think this deserves some special attention, and someone at Blizzard needs to actually do SOMETHING to let me know I haven't been screwed. I put my money where my mouth is when I bought into this deal, do your part and fix it please. Get me into the beta and get me some kind of compensation as an assurance that I didn't waste money on your promotion. Call me, email me, whatever; I'm open to ideas here. I just want to be happy with my thousands-of-dollars purchase.
Someone at Blizzard/on the CM team please make sure he sees this. I'm absolutely disgusted.

We recently sent out more invitations to players including those that had purchased the Dells.
I'll see if I can find any more information on any possible issues on these for you and see if we can get you more answers.
I would also like to hope that you are happy with your new computer beyond just the beta key as well.
