Hortus, I really don't understand why you keep deleting my plea for help. I read the sticky, and my problem is not addressed there. I just simply ask for some confrimation that you understand my problem, and can maybe help me fix it. You dont need to wantonly delete my posts. I just want some insight as to why this is happening to me. The least you could do is lock my thread and give me some sort of answer on the issue.
Just incase I didn't make myself clear last time.
Last night I logged on the see if the PTR pre-made characters were available to be copied. I was surprised to find that they were. However, to my dismay - the website was telling me that I had ZERO pre-made copies left for this phase of testing - I do not understand how this is possible in any way. I have not copied over ANY premades whatsoever. Four of my friends tried to do it and they have all of their four premade copies still available. Why do I not have my 4 copies?
I'm certain no one logged on my account and copied premades. I even opened up the PTR realm character screen and I have no characters on any PTR realm.
Also, let me say this, incase it helps -
1. My account has been active since release
2. I have not changed my account information since release
3. I am the only one who knows my account information
4. Just before the Pre-made copies were made available again it said I had 4 copies left
Hortus, All I ask for is a little help as to why all of my premade copies dissapeared. I don't mean to bother you or spam this forum in any way. I understand that your job must be frustrating, since you have to deal with everyones complaints.
I just want to know why this is happening to me and if it can be fixed.
