i believe that the subject is a good enough summary, but bottem line I do believe that we should have a different ghost wolf model. I believe that this would be a good suggestion, because we would have something to feel...."different"....from the horde, other than our awsome totems.
Paladins....or Blood Knights as some people call them....have different mount animations and from what i heard, yet not sure of, is that their bubbles are different colors.
But, even if they do not have another change, give us something such as a Worg for our ghost wolf form, our even perhaps an elekk.
Please take this suggestion into consideration.

From a lore standpoint it would make more sense. The Dreanei learned their shaman powers on another planet where there weren't wolves. Could have been Worgen there though or even something weirder. I don't think it'd be difficult for Blizz to change the models.
You are forgetting that the Orcs come from the same place. At current there aren't any plans to change the Ghost Wolf models for Draenei shaman. It has been brought up before however.
It takes generosity to discover the whole through others. If you realize you are only a violin, you can open yourself up to the world by playing your role in the concert.
