I live in Canada (Southern Ontario) so will it not ship to me on the official release day?

As stated on the site: "Please note: Only domestic (United States) orders placed on or before January 8th, 2007 will be delivered on the scheduled release date of January 16th, 2007."

Due to the international border there can be substantial delays in shipping.
