Subject: Is Spell Penetration working? |

I noticed on my character info tab that it shows 0 under Spell Penetration. I have the AV ring and WSG trinket equiped so I should at least have 40 there. Is anyone else having this issue? Is the info tab bugged or is the stat itself not working?

It's a display issue. The mechanics are functioning as intended, but the Character screen is simply not showing them properly.
A fix has already gone in, but won't be available until a future patch after release.
