I've noticed that the current rep rewards from Arathi Basin, Alterac Valley, and Warsong Gulch are still shown as Gold, Silver, and Copper cost as opposed to the new Honor and Token costs.
Would you please update the values and costs.
Also, because the Rank 6+ PvP rewards area is now accessable to any level and rank can you please make it non-instanced?

I believe quite a few website updates in relation to the new honor system are "in queue", so to speak.
As far as the room being instanced, there aren't any plans to relocate those vendors at this time. The instances are there, players know where they are, and zoning in and out isn't an inconvenience we're worrying about at the moment.
