Subject: AV games. everyone DC'ing to character screen |

I'm on Silver hand. The AV game I've been on has been going on for hours. Every few seconds everyone is getting disconnected to the character screen.
Anyone else having this problem? It's not just me but the entire raid and I'm guessing it's happening to the Horde as well but I don't know for sure.
Help.

We're aware of the issue causing players to be disconnected from the battlegrounds and we're in the process of investigating the issue. I'll provide any new information I come across.
Update-
We've reverted a hotfix applied this evening and expect the disconnections to settle down as old battleground instances cycle out for new instances and pick up the reverted changes.

We're seeing that the issue is persisting and we're investigating further.

It appears that a hotfix that was applied earlier this evening may have been the culprit and was causing unforeseen issues as new instances started and picked up the changes, manifesting in disconnections while in a BG. We reverted the hotfix but it appears the issue may be continuing to occur, so we're investigating further.
As far as what the hotfix itself was, we typically don't provide specific information unless deemed necessary. We implement many changes and so we tend to only announce ones that are known/large issues within the community, or need to be communicated as the change would impact a large number of players. Most are really quite uninteresting.
