So, with the fabulous new 2.0 patch we get great things. Let me tell you something that isnt great. Blizzard adds the XP cap to 70, but locks it so that no one is getting any XP for killing monsters. Also, all my quests that were offering me 4, 5, and more gold as a quest reward...Now offer little or NONE. What is that all about? What incentive do I have to play the game at all? Was this intended to happen? I had a quest that was paying me 6G 78S 2 days ago, now, it pays NOTHING. Let me also thank you for refunding everyones talent points. Cause that cost me ANOTHER 2 Gold to RELEARN stuff I had already paid for before the patch. Thanks alot. That epic mount is getting further and further from reality.

Players are still receiving the appropriate experience to gold conversion rate at level 60 upon completing quests. The issue you are describing is a display problem. When talking to a questgiver NPC, the reward amount will be correct, but the amount displayed in the quest log reveals the unconverted amount.
Bottom line, players are still receiving the proper amount of gold from actually completing each level 60 quest. This is only a display issue that we hope to address soon.
