There is a bug in the patch that is displaying all enchants as white text, which may cause them to appear as normal weapon stats. The bug is scheduled to be resolved in a future update.

Commonly in software development a product or update will be released with known issues if they're not detrimental to the use of the product. The issue is known and is scheduled to be fixed in a future update. The choice when dealing with a live release game is what issues need to be fixed and which don't.
