sence PvP BGs are being taken away, or, atleast the honor sytem is, for poeple who are workin on honor right now, and know they wont have time to get to epic quality items, will all they honor they have gotten so far be converted into points needed to buy PvP stuff in the new system?

I'm guessing I can answer your question, but I think you're a bit confused about what's going on. The current honor system is being removed, but it's being replaced with a new honor system which retains all of the same rewards including new level 70 honor rewards.
The arena system is completely separate, has its own dynamics and own rewards separate from the honor system and battlegrounds.
There is no conversion of current rank/honor to the new honor system. Since the release of the patch which will implement the new honor system is unannounced at this time, continuing to work towards the honor rewards currently available would be at your own risk.

The reputation rewards will be available through the new honor system, but you'll need to obtain enough honor points to buy them. You could buy them now and simply spend gold, or wait and PvP to buy them. The reputations will still exist, but not as a means to obtain items. If you're exalted with all of them you'll receive a special title.
