Yeah, that's a bug. We're planning to increase the stack sizes quite a bit as their use goes along with spending honor points for many of the rewards in the new honor system.

Currently? As hard as it is to get them in the game right now, 3 for a win, 1 for a loss. We don't have any plans to change that but it's always possible.

The items cost the tokens by the looks of it. That's it. Meaning you HAVE to BG. No more world pvp.
You realize of course you're basing that off of the information in a single screenshot of a single item of all the rewards for a game that hasn't been released yet?
There will be a combination of the two used for a lot of the rewards, with honor usually being the main requirement, I would say this would be one of the exceptions that is purely token based. So no, honor points will still play the major role in rewards from the honor system (as received through PvP in the BGs or the world at large).

It should also be stated that the mount riding skill requirement for any new purchases of the rank 11 PvP mounts will be 150 in the expansion. Any of the mounts purchased before the honor system changeover will still only require 75. The higher riding skill requirement is not currently active yet in the beta.
