Subject: TBC/WoW Version Compatibility

Will the expansion be universally compatible with both US and Euro versions of WoW, ie will the copy of TBC that I purchase in Europe be compatible with my US copy of WoW? Or will there be a European version and a US version of TBC?

The versions will be localized, meaning there will be specific parts tailored for the regions. They will not be modular, in that one part can be interchanged with another.
