Subject: [Warrior] Flurry / Whirlwind Bug Fixes?

So, 2.3.2 PTR was updated a few days ago but the bugs since 2.3 haven't been fixed...

- The off-hand Whirlwind attack does not proc flurry when it crits
- If you have one charge of flurry remaining and crit with that attack, flurry does not proc/refresh

Both of these bugs are expected to be fixed in a patch after 2.3.2
