Are the Battleground Daily quests only available to 70s or at all levels?

I believe as long as you can get into the battleground, you have access to the quest.

The quest giver is in every major city by the Battlemasters so you don't have to go just to Shattrath.

As long as your character has access to the battleground, the quest giver should have the quest available for you.

The quest giver is in every major city by the Battlemasters so you don't have to go just to Shattrath.

I updated my original statement and the Battleground Daily quest for today is for Arathi Basin, I was able to see it and accept it on my characters. Is anybody not able to see the text but can get into Arathi Basin?

Thanks for your feedback regarding the Battleground daily quest. We have identified the bug and will work on fixing it soon. The quest is supposed to work for anybody who can enter the battleground and the rewards will scale accordingly by level.
