Hi Winers!
May Hortus and Tigerclaw bless us with a single thread in this forum to stay undeleted and unlocked, even if it's to sink like a rock with no responses.
The 2.2.0 PTR AppDB entry has been deleted, and a new 2.2.2 PTR entry will be created as soon as the client is available and had an initial test by one of the maintainers. I'll update this post at that time with the URL for that entry.
In the meantime, ready your Wine Git tree as per http://www.winehq.org/site/git . We believe the hang on exit bug has been fixed in current git, and would appreciate any testing results of that as well as any other Wine issues people may find. Please do *NOT* file 2.2.2 PTR bugs or test data against the 2.1.3 entry. It only makes the maintainer's lives more painful.
There will be no need to follow up here with any posts. All information regarding Wine and the PTR should be placed through the normal Wine channels.

Alright, I'll leave this one up.
I just want to remind everyone that we do not support WoW on any platform except Windows and Mac.

Whilst Warden may have previously flagged Wine as "illegal", this was an acknowledged mistake by Blizzard. It is OK to play using these technologies, however Blizzard do not support WoW under anything other than MacOS or Windows. Bugs MUST be filed using the usual Wine bug system.
