Outside Ogri'la there is the Shartuul event where you control the demons and eventually fight Shartuul himself.
I did this and against Shartuul I used Shivan Assassin's Chaos Strike attack to weaken him, then hit him with a Death Blast (with Siphon Life up) , but did not get healed massively. Did it again, same result.
Can others who do this even tell me if this works like this for them, or I just got unlucky somehow? Thanks.

There were some intended bug fixes to this event that didn't make it into the patch notes but the event should be working properly now. If you run into any issues please report them as normal.
