It states voice chat is live, but it's not.. at least for the rest of the realms that didn't get the chance to test it.
I know you have an annoucement as you login, but not everyone pays attention to that.. especially if the main site says otherwise.
Maybe you should fix this? All I see is everyone spamming trade/LFG/general with "WHY CANTZ I USE VOICE CHAT?!"
Please, do something about it...

It was updated a while ago with an additional bit of information pointing to the forum post as well to clear up some confusion.
The World of Warcraft team is happy to announce the release of the new 2.2.0 content patch.
Highlights of Patch 2.2.0:
Voice Chat: The new Voice Chat feature( http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/voicechat.html ) is now available. Players will need to go into the Options menu under Sound & Voice to activate it.
Mac Movie Capture: The Mac client can now capture in-game video to QuickTime movie files using a configurable choice of codec, resolution, and frame rate.
