Subject: Bug: Rogue SAP

On a PvE server and people that are flag for PVP and rogues that are not flag for PVP are still able to SAP PVP flag players with out themself getting flag for SAPing. B/C of this the flag pvp player will get chain SAP without having the ablity to counter attack the rogue.

This has been fixed on the PTR for a long time. Please stop posting about it.
