If there comes a time that we feel that bringing back those old titles fits into something more we want to do, we will. However, we like the way they are now.
We do want to add in more titles in the future as well for various things, so the idea of more titles or even someday surnames isn't out of the question, but we don't have any definitive plans for these things just yet.

We need them back as soon as possible. Either that or take ranks away from all players, after all it is about balance as fairness to ALL right?

We're happy with the way things are with the former PvP titles. Please reread what I said since I did not make any mention about the state of PvP. Those are two slightly different (but related) topics and the only thing we are discussing here is the PvP titles and the title system.
