Subject: Armory freezes my browser

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. It's about 50%.

I use Firefox 2.0.0.6 and Windows XP Pro SP2. I have no other programs running.

Occasionally when I click on someone's profile to view their armory all of my Firefox windows lock up; sometimes for a few seconds and other times I've waited for 10+ minutes but eventually just end the process.

In general when someone's profile doesn't work for me it never will - i.e. if I try it again it will lock again whereas others will work every time.

Any suffer a similar problem? Any solutions?

There's normally a "Report an Error" link at the bottom of most of the armory pages, and if not you can e-mail wowguide@blizzard.com with the subject WoW Armory Error. That would be the best point of contact for reporting any errors, issues, or oddities you might be seeing. With the first round of refinement changes going out there's going to be some issues cropping up, such as the "Find an Upgrade" option currently not functioning.
