Just an ass kissing post but rightfully deserved, before i saw blizzcon i was convinced by the community that you guys were money grubbing folk hell bent on making WoW a living nightmare for its players. After seeing you guys for myself at blizzcon , i see that you are indeed human, have a good sense of humour and ARE out to make this game the best in the world and keep it that way. so, kudos , keep up the good work guys n gals.

I'm going to reply on behalf of the team and say "thank you". We really do hope that our passion and care for what we do came through at BlizzCon. I am biased in that I work here, but I have to say that I am truly honored to work with so many very talented people.
Always listen to experts. They'll tell you what can't be done and why. Then do it.
