Since you said to make new threads for each item ...
All 3 versions of the druid T4 and T5 helms make their wearers bald, but it would probably look much better with hair, even if that meant there was some hair clipping. (Antlers tend to look ok if they're clipped off by hair.)

Stag-Helm of Malorne
Nordrassil Headguard
Nordrassil Headpiece
Nordrassil Headdress

The Nordrassil helms will be fixed in a future patch.
After trying it both ways It was decided by the designers that the Malorne Helms looked best without hair.
