Something I was thinking, in terms of raiding and city raids. Faction leaders and other NPCs, well we level to 80 in wotlk, wouldn't this make something like a raid on major cities all the more easier for kill a faction leader. Are there any signs of the leaders getting there levels pushed up.
I thought of this after reading how Elite Tauren Chieften is going from lv70 to lv80
